Injured workers are waiting on the Ontario government to act on their promise to increase wage loss benefits to 90%
Instead, they award employers at the cost of injured workers, and attack workers’ rights to compensation.
A damaging report from a private consulting firm KPMG suggests a crisis in the WSIB appeals. There is none!
The proposed changes by The WSIB will make it more difficult for workers to fight for their compensation!
The WSIB and KPMG have manufactured a crisis to silence injured workers.
